答案是C，问为什么A，D不行？ be visible as这个结构错吗？还是完成时大时态有问题？C中的altough never sighted是不是省略了什么？哪位给讲讲结构吧，谢谢！

A,B             Sunspots are visible ...从中文理解就很怪。appear on表达书面，专业。

D         having been done不论作现在分词还是动名词，在gmat中99%都是错。在这里可以认为时态错。

E 用which改变句子原意。

C中的altough     (sunspots are) never sighted
