句中划线部分做什么成分呢? 需不需要加AND呢?

蜗牛的理解：falling，现在分词，主语与主句逻辑主语一致。

划线部分表示：前面句子（healthy care company 怎么怎么)对后面的影响（发不出工资）

对否？待NN检验

中文意思是什么呢? FALLING 在这里做什么意思呢? 是现在分词呢,还是ADJ.呢 ?

下滑，做伴随状语

伴随状语，作为“proved unable to handle the increase in business”的结果，不需要加and。
