If you will go back to China immediately after you get your MBA degree, I think it makes no much difference whether you are from UBC, SFU or UVIC.
At UVIC, you will enjoy your life very well while studying the program.
Everybody has different reason to choose a B-school. If your goal is not to go to IB or MC, I think UVIC can just meet your demand.
