一定搞清楚问题让你weaken什么。只要其他公司做outsourcing比自己公司做成本低，就应该把业务outsourcing.B选项直接告诉你这种方法太绝对。因为outsourcing容易泄密。LZ选择C肯定是过度推理了。C只是告诉我们两种具体的outsourcing和不outsourcing的对象，并不能直接说明全部outsourcing的坏处。B可以。
