Queen Catherine annulled so as to marry Anne Boleyn.

请问，A. so as to 的逻辑主语不就是前句的主语吗？

B,OG上说，henry could not marry simply on the basis of seeking an annulment 是什么意思

C.除了marry错了， to一定要改成in order to吗?to不是也可以引导目的吗

这题，我答案选对了，但是，解释不清啊

个人认为，问题不是出在to 和 in order to 上面，主要问题是marry sb是正确的不用加介词，这就排除了BC，在GMAT语法中是to和in order to 表示的目的，那现在to是错的。然后我觉得so as to 前面的逻辑主语不清，有两个，一个是queen 另一个是henry。最后，so that 没有表示目的的意思在里面所以就选最后一个选项了。
对于楼主的第三个问题，我认为是这样的，在选项中只有to 和 inorderto 的时候优先考虑to 因为简洁优先
