答案是B，我选的是A，不太明白一下2点，请牛牛解答：

1 ）如果就rising interest rates和 a rise in interest rates而言：选择rising interest rates 是因为a rise in interest rates 复杂么？还有别的原因么？

2 ）A为什么不对呢？是因为多了个them没有B简洁么？还有别的原因么？

only



a rise in interest RATES or rishing ratescan do.



AB used rising RATEs, so you have to choose MAKE 复数谓语。
