标题: 关于比较对象的问题
According to a recent poll, owning and living in a freestanding house on its own land is still a goal of a majority of young adults, like that

of earlier generations.

(A) like that of earlier generations

(B) as that for earlier generations

(D) as have earlier generations

(E) as it was of earlier generations

本来一直觉得自己比较题没什么问题的,之前也基本没错过,但是上面这题做错后,我发现我在比较题理解上有很大漏洞,之前光凭语感解题也是有问题的,因为现在很多SC题越来越灵活了.麻烦请各位NN出手讲解下.

上面我错选了A,当时觉得原句比较的是宾语即the goal of the earlier generation 和the goal of the young adult的比较,但是正确答案选E,即表示是主语的比较,请问怎么能快速的区分比较对象呢?

OG12-13也有同样的问题

In no other historical sighting did Halley's Comet cause such a worldwide sensation as did its return in 1910-1922

A did its return in 1910-1911

B had its 1910-1911 return

C in its return of 1910-1911

D its return of 1910-1911 did

E its return in 1910-1911

OG解释说是介词结构In no other historical sighting 的比较,所以选C,这个有点摸不着头脑,高手出来支支招吧

我也有这方面的疑问~~这道题也是同类型的~看了答案能理解，但还是觉得很变扭，麻烦高手一并给灭了吧~
