379中surround是THAT从句的谓语动词，主语是green fields ，而bustles 是主句的谓语，主语是the patchwork 应该是单数

我觉得they是指their price中的their,也就是Italian vintners.因为我觉得在一个句子中代词指代应该是一致的,要不然就混乱了
