答案是C，D为什么不对呢？主动应该是优于被动啊。

答案是C，但意思似乎不对：不经过允许没有普通平民或者外国人能够进入紫禁城, on pain of death；我选的是B：不经过允许，普通平民或者外国人能够进入紫禁城只会, on pain of death

第一题C,D fund intended to ..会使意思confused

第二题 “不经过允许，普通平民或者外国人能够进入紫禁城”这当然是不对的，搂主自己理解错了

1.exhausting 现在分词不对，现在分词一般表示与主语动作同时发生。而主语的动作为一般现在时deposit，不合逻辑。its在这里也指代不清。

某NN说过，记所谓公理，在实战中只会有百害无一利，只能具体问题具体分析。

同意4楼说法，另外D中的its 指代不清，是指Alaska ,还是funds.
