觉得几个答案都挺像正确的答案的，请教思路

原来的require使entry restricted

因此原来的require：high tuition→现在的require：live in the neighborhood of the school to attend

希望达到的效果：使这种enter的机会不再局限于小众群体 rich people

那么要成立

必须live in the neighborhood of the school to attend是在原来的require下不能enter的人可以达到的条件

否则没有effect

原文的结论是：Parents who were previously denied the option (简言之就是原来那部分穷人) of ...... now have the option （就是孩子们可以上学了），since ..... (说明了这个改变的原因是新requirement---住在这个社区)

所以assumption是什么呢？就是那些穷人得要满足新的这个条件

B选项很满足这些要素的people other than ..... (就是穷人们) are able to live in the neighborhood of the school （满足了这个条件）

不过同意你说的其他选项干扰挺大的。我当时选C，我觉得in the majority of the disctrict不就是住在附近了么。。。。

感觉LSAT的干扰项要比OG厉害，不知道真题会不会这样

会的话就惨了
