答案是D

我开始选的B, 确实从句义和结构上不好，但有没有高人从语法的角度帮我分析下？如果改成found conditions in 95 percent unsafe and ranging可以么？

昨天满心期待的查了刘振民的语法精解，给出的答案是A,B句子混乱，所以排除。。。介个。。。

我选的B,当时的思路是found (that)conditions in 95 percent were unsafe and (were)ranging from。。。有没有同学可以纠正我一下啊？

这里的that是肯定不能省略的啊，然后D和E比较肯定是选没有语法错误，且简洁的D

这题的句意是：conditions were unsafe and conditions were ranging from 小东西到崩溃的器械。
(A) unsafe conditions in 95 percent of them and they ranged（第一个them毫无疑问指代centers, 第二个them应该指代conditions,但如果指代过去，两个them指代了不一样的东西）
(B) conditions in 95 percent were unsafe and ranging（conditions were unsafe不如unsafe conditions， and连接的一个是were unsafe（系表结构）,一个是ranging不平行，ranging是分词做定语）
(C) the ranging of unsafe conditions in 95 percent of them to be（废话）
(D) that 95 percent had unsafe conditions ranging
(E) that 95 percent of them had conditions that were unsafe; the range was（废话）
