with each都可以做独立主格结构。

但是感觉上，with一般用来表示某种状态的。

i ran to these tourists, with book in hand. 这里是说我手里有本书，我跑去的状态。

而作为同位语用来解释句子重点单词时，则应该用each

i ran to these tourists, each has a book in hand. 这是修饰那些旅行者，他们手里都有书。

p.s 题目做多了，你就慢慢可以感到GMAC有多喜欢 N， each 这样的结构。

each 从语意可以看出指代styles ，with一般跟主句主语有关系。

纠正一下官方答案是D。
A,C,E单复数不一致(their, products), B的with用法在此不对。
