have not been 和 allowed 分开感觉意思不清楚。C,D,E have not (be) allowed 搭配不当。

用they 感觉有些指代不清（journalists or power stations)

拙见，盼答案和注解。

第一个为什么排除A?

第一题 AB两个中选B，我觉得要用Will 不是 Would

第二题 DE两个选D，虽然D指代不清，但是Think后面要that

第三题 AC两个选C 感觉上对

第一题选B 按句意理解不应该用虚拟 would ，要用will

第二题选 D

第三题选 C A中 would have guessed 和后面的 would be wrong 应该有个先后关系

1.A和B中间我选A,因为,这边对于将来的不肯定性(由于PROBABLY的出现)导致了用WOULD 而不是WILL.

2.BUT后面应该跟的是句子,所以BUT + THAT 的句式是错误的,排除了A,B.

这个句式是journalist view but think 的模式,C指代不清楚,似乎指代的POWER STATIONS,但是要记住这边的的主语是JOURNALIST,所以后面要跟THINK.

THINK后面要加THAT,所以排除E,

答案是D

3.A错,因为AND BEEN,怎么都不会对

B错,因为TOO WORDY,不干练的感觉

D错,因为AND BE 的句式也不对.

E错,在a historian have guessed ... 和 a historian guess that it was 的句式中间,肯定选前者,因为不罗嗦的原则.

再看C a historian have guess.. and would be ....

句式没有问题.

所以答案是C

A和C 主要区别在于BEEN 和WOULD BE 之间。

我本来说是错的，是因为看了AND BEEN后并没有看前面。其实GUESSED 和BEEN 是相对应的，符合平行结构的特点。

而C的话并没有太大的语法错误，只是WOULD BE 把时态给变了，那意思也就变了。当原句语法没错的情况下，而且又有平衡结构的话，那肯定优先选择的了。

同意楼上的解释：would +have 加过去分词表示与过去的事实相反，而and 必须前后的elements 要想等，省略了would have 看起来就平行了！

B C E都不平行 D 平行但时态是现在时，不能表示与过去事实相反所以也错误！
