答案是B。我选的是C，仔细一想，C中的because of太过复杂。但我觉得A和B同时存在的问题是用一个that引导的定语从句修饰phenomenon，不如过去分词作后置定语来的简单。

这道题主要考虑的是平行结构。

平行结构，在SC中要优先考虑。

A和C没有平心，犯了大忌。
