LZ的解释是对的，
C.伴随；D.对比；E.并列，都改变了原来两个句子的关系

但是，个人认为这里的as表示的是举例说明，不是纯粹的因果
根据白勇语法，As+句子一般表示举例
根据句子的逻辑意思，后面的整一个句子都是在解释说明has changed radically这一状况

with 后面不能引导句子呀，D的话后面是一个句子，with +n 可以表示因果
