你仔细看，是cultivating ，the harvesting and
exploiting,中间一个是动名词，多了一个THE所以不对称了

平行要求“结构成分的一致”和“语义的呼应”，表现在名词的平行中，动态名词要与动态名词平行，静态名词要与静态名词平行，否则在语义上会不呼应；同时，当一个动词有其同根名词且该同根名词意思上表示该动作（而不是其它含义，如动词slope译作“倾斜”，但其同根词，亦即其本身则是“斜率”，改变了意思），则优先使用同根名词而不是动名词。
在这里，cultivate(耕作)和exploit(利用)的同根名词cultivation和exploitation既是动作本身，与动名词语义相同，采用同根名词；而havest(收获)的同根名词havest不是动作本身，而是指收获的果实，与动名词语义不同，为了完成三个动态名词表示的三个动作的平行，要使用动名词harvesting。
