答案是A。

但是A中的对比Heating-oil prices are expected to be higher this year than last。Heating-oil prices this year 和last 可以直接对比吗？今年的价格和去年能对比吗？应该是今年的价格和去年的价格才能对比吧。than后面要是有助动词的话会更好吧。请NN指教~

A Correct. this sentence expresses the comparison in succinct, parallel phrases. OG解释说这种对比是简洁的，我像问一下，什么时候才会用到这种简洁，是不是任何时候都可以简洁呢？

我今天把OG12对比时间的看了下，发现凡是对比时间的都是比较词（如than，as)前后只有时间状语（比如该题前一个than后只有last，表last year),或者有其他成分但是在语义上与前面不对称

所以我觉得，如果同时有主谓宾状等成分，你看哪个对称就行，其实比较哪个成分都没有太大关系而答案往往符合语法的只有一种，所以不要纠结于比较的是什么看前后对称，前面或后面只有状语成分的肯定就是比状语了，因为找不到其他成分对称的～～·
