1. 两个地方的人口
近似到 10,000 是, A: 140,000; B: 80,000, 问这两个地方的总人口加起来近似到10，000有多少？

1) For both of these 2 places, the rounded number is within 2%
2) A place number was rounded up, B place number was rounded down

这题目到底什么意思？我完全看不明白

round up 是四舍五入里的五入

down 是四舍
