(B) declaring themselves bankrupt jumped by almost 20 percent, to

(D) who declared themselves bankrupt jumped almost by 20 percent, at

(E) to declare themselves bankrupt jumped almost by 20 percent, at

答案是B，如果把D的at改成to，D还有什么地方不如B？

请教大家了，急，马上考试了。

almost的位置,虽然看不出来almost在by前面有什么歧义，但是还是觉得紧跟修饰词比较合理

jump to是固定搭配，所以选B不选D

我选C，因为看过Prep1-128说continue, declare一类的词不宜用ing形式，且觉得用现在完成时也没有什么大问题。

看来还是ing的优先级低啊，时态优先级高。
