从画线句子的逻辑意思上，AB中的they应该是指代"the company",指代错误，应该是"it"

CD，previously 和 in the past 重复

E是正确的呀。

谓语：would have conceded，虚拟语气，表示和过去相反。

宾语1：(the mass market sales

宾语2：rivals

E中，划线部分为定语从句，被修饰词the mass market sales在定语从句中做宾语，如追逐2011分析，所以that省略掉了

定语从句

修饰部分在从句中做主语不能省，作宾语可省

好吧，我有一点意译……不过大概这个意思

我做了两次两次都选了C，再分析一下E：

** market sales (that)it would in the past have conceded to rivals
It 应该指代的是 the company才可能是主动形式，但是与主语相隔太远了理解起来有点难

这里使用的是虚拟语气，是对过去事实的虚拟，表示和过去相反

it 是单数，但是这里是would have (虚拟语气）所以不用has
就好比， it can go (can后面也直接跟动词原型）
