正确答案是A，我选的是C，现在看来A确实是比C好，但是不明白C错在什么地方呢？除了不简洁外还有其他的地方么？

hmmm...首先，非限制性定语从句，which就近指代就错了。

就算which指代的是differences这句话也不对，differences include grammar and vocabulary — 差异包括了语法和词汇？原句想表达的意思应该是差异包括了在语法上和词汇上的不同

A中differences in both grammar and vocabulary就表达得很好

昨天忽略了C选项中一个明显错误：those

这句话的结构是：The striking differences between the semantic organization of ...and that(the semantic organization) of...

是在semantic organization而不是differences之间进行比较，指代词必须用that，CDE用those of指代都是错的
