The correct answer is E．

OG中说use as collateral to borrow against is redundant,其他XDJM的总结中也说use as collateral/borrow against语义重复。但是为什么E的the collateral against which farmers borrow就没有语义重复的问题，use as collateral to borrow against就重复了呢？

因为用use as语义重复所以没用就不重复

就是搞不清到底怎么就重复了所以就问了咯......虽然非常弱
