我对于B，E两个选项不理解，OG对于E选项的说法是：Now is an adverb and should be placed just after the verb are，

可是I'm studying Engish now, 和 I'm now studying English 有撒区别呢？

请教高人指教。

我觉得E里面的now是修饰temperate的，放前面还是有区别的~

great ice sheets existed in areas now ~可以这样看吧？这表达就不对了吧。。。

这个题目我感觉OG的解释很模糊，虽然我知道是语义上的不同，但是这种不同很微妙

但是OG的解释让我费解

now放前放后不是问题，问题是你看E中的now是修饰谁的？that引导了一个从句，从句应该是now，that前面都不是从句部分了，now怎么能修饰得了从句呢？
