这是GWD上的一道语法我选的B 答案是E

想问问NN们为什么five hundred million的出现也要使用完成时呢？我觉得应该是一般过去时才对强调他们是过去存在的然后99%灭绝了的物种才用have vanished 表示已经发生

the 500 million里的the很重要，表示特指在地球上出现过的那500万个物种，而不是其他的物种。
