还是那一类词什么命令啊要求啊建议啊只要是这个意思动词或者名词从句都要用虚拟语气就比如这题中的demand 它是名词后面的同位语从句中要求使用虚拟语气

是根据意思来决定的我给你举个例子你也后也许会碰到 suggest这个词当取建议这个意思时 suggest that 后面用虚拟语气比如我建议你明天去看电影 I suggest that you see a movie tomorrow.

当suggest做表明表示的意思的时候 suggest that 后面就不要跟虚拟比如调查表明10%的人不喜欢新政府 Polls suggest that 10% citizen do not like the new govenment.
