我想请问如果选D，WITH在句首应该怎么翻译呢？？

我在PREP语法笔记中看到说WITH 在句首应当理解成“逻辑主语A 拥有。。。”那么如果这样理解的话这句话就不通了

如果不是的话，难道是独立主格吗？？

不是独立主格吧

感觉就是一个with伴随状语从句，with+名词+分词
