Why is D?

D---activate is obvious wrong---should it be activates!

先说A哪儿错了

which直接就近修饰exhibit了不符合文章的逻辑意思

再来说D中activate为什么明显没错

encourages的主语是an online version of the museum 但activate主语不是显然是人激活了展品的动画功能而不是网上博物馆所以activate是和touch并列的

原句应该是encourages visitors to “touch” and thereby （to） activate
