as for ucla, he says if i have not heard anything from them. this may mean i am not on the short list. i really hope he is wrong.
do you know whether ucla send decline first or at the end?
which program do you apply to? i hear about offers related to ucla marketing.

It said that rochester makes admission decision on a rolling basis.
