1.主语比较

上面两题都是比较主语，并且句子中主谓宾都是全的，为什么比较对象不用补足谓语，这样不会造成宾语比较的歧义吗？

第一个是主系表的结构，than后不用加助动词
women ... are (more... than...)
第二个的比较部分前(less前)只有主语和谓语，than后也不用加助动词
engines burn (less ... than) ...

than后加不加助动词看比较结构前, 就是比较级的那个词前都有什么：
如果有主谓宾（A do B），不加助动词跟宾语比，加了助动词跟主语比；
如果有主谓（A do）,不用加助动词
如果有主系(A is)，不用加助动词;
如果有介词短语，就加平行的介词短语，不用加助动词
而且注意谓语不用紧挨着比较词哦~

eg. ... farmers consider themselves no more happier than citizens do

换言之，比较结构前有实意谓语动词没介词短语，than后要加助动词；
比较结构前有实意谓语动词有介词短语，than后加介词短语不用加助动词

但是注意加不加助动词的目的是为了让比较双方没有歧义，所以这些策略不绝对, 试比较
A do B more than C: B比C
eg. i ate more apples than oranges.

A do B more than C do: A比C
eg. i ate more apples than Blair did.

A is smaller than B: A 比 B
eg. computers are faster than calculators.

A in 1990 did B more than C in 2000: A比C
eg. guys aged around age 45 smoke more cigarette than those over age 60
