他说事故多了，就意味着人更有可能发生事故，B说认定事故时，P比O认定的种类多，就是说，不是说更有可能发生事故，而是P的认定标准比较严格。。。

LS的意思可以理解P标准严格? P认定成事故,而O就不认定成事故了?
