要是这个办法effect，那就要证明这个办法真的可以保护本土鱼

A：外来鱼因为有那个什么东东，所以不容易被抓（无关）

B：外来鱼晚上活动，可是垂钓在白天进行（没有作用）

C：垂钓的人愿意保护本地鱼因为……（因为什么不重要，只要愿意保护就行）

D：废话，重复题目中说的东西

E：垂钓的鱼饵只吸引本地鱼，外地鱼不吃（weakened，不仅不保护，还破坏呢）
