答案选的是E.有一点疑问，为什么这里两个句子没有使用连词连接呢？中间又不是分号。谢谢！

这里没有两个句子啊，allow ....to do

it allows money（ placed in a bank（ in a less regulated jurisdiction）） to be transferred

大括号里面的做money后置定语； in a less ...做bank的后置定语
