关于D，除了nn们讲的那些理由。我想问下：可以不可以从 is likely to 去判断？

有没有可能上升与上不上升无关系。

题目问如何解释mmedate short-term影响，任何表达临时和短期效果的就是B（这个估计没啥分歧）。

至于D，要从句意理解，这里说的是个长期的影响，属于无关项。仅从is likely to太冒险了也不科学。

恩，想明白了~

顺便提醒楼上另一个小技巧：

含if, unless, as long as ， as等连词的选项，在归纳题中可能正确（是选项的前提必然成立）；在演绎题中必错（给出无关前提）

演绎：只要有如果，只要的意思是错的。（特别注：when，after，before，都不是）

所以，D因此也不对。
