最后选择的是D，但是正确答案是A，请问D错在哪里？A又对在哪里？

实在是想不通

如果D的which指代有问题，那么A的more than修饰对象也不清楚。

另外，D的which可以指代water个人认为，意思也说得通

关键是A的more than修饰对象不清楚

while有问题吧。
while引导的是转折，前后两个句子并无转折之意。

从句子逻辑方面来看，D选项的主语和A选项不一样，我认为在A选项无逻辑错误的情况下应该坚持A选项的逻辑关系，即强调部分不能改变
