10月纽约和新泽西的考位都没有了，不得已订了university of new heaven的考位

寻人从纽约同去，或在那里一起租酒店

请问一下，你在线报名就没有这个考位了吗，我在线报了名，中心也发了E-MAIL给我，是不是就保证我就报名成功啦，它发来邮件说“Online registration does not guarantee you will be able to test on the test date or test center you requested.”是不是还不行啊？！请能人帮忙
