选项B 的错误除了THEY 指代有问题以外，请问surpassing...是否有做伴随状语，或做定语修饰earning的歧义？

B的主语也有问题，原句是company（reported和announced），B变成report了

答案是A么？

答案是A，请问haha为什么没有做定语修饰earning的歧义呢，如果做定语前面就不用加逗号，直接跟在EARNING后面吗？

跟我在doing/done里面问的那个问题差不多。个人觉得B中surpassing做定语无端加个逗号说不通,只能做伴随。

一起等NN做答复。。。

刚才又仔细看了一下，B中的主语，表明伴随从句主语是REPORT. 但是句意理解应该是earnings surpass 而不是report surpass. A 刚好改正了这个错误。个人还是对“...名词，分词....”结构中分词做定语抱怀疑。
