我看了半天也没看懂LS的在说什么. Corp的 M&A应该就是做行业分析, 公司分析, 做valuation, modeling, 可能还要做DD, 然后和target 公司做negotiation, 在签了协议之后, 并lead team完成post integration. 在deal 执行的流程上和投行M&A的banker差不多, 所以互相之间也有互跳的 (不过从投行跳去industry的比较多)
