答案是C，不太明白，是president的计划没有学到高效率的精髓，即每天两个小时的独立时间影响了计划么？

C选项说高效率是由工作人员下班后减少,继续工作的人相对不受打扰而产生.

因而若如此则直接反驳公司总裁的提议,因为其提议是建立在高效率的基础之上,而若如C所说则高效率不会产生,自然总裁提议受到强烈质疑.

是不是这样！？

就是说高效率的那些employee本来有两个小时独立完成工作，不受打扰，如果大家都这样，那他就会受到打扰，效率就不那么高了？！
