标题: [讨论]马上要考了，本月SC机经，一道答案不确定

XXX noted that Rossevelt urged radio
     show consult map of ( battle, this caused) the map sold out in stores
     through out US.

A.battle, and this caused

B.battle, this caused

C.battle, therefore caused

D.battle, therefore causing

E.battle but caused (也可能两个是关于but的选项)

我觉得D不爽，我的问题是A和B中的this能不能指代前面的句子

在这里用this指代前面整件事会不会太广了，this应该是指代noted that后面的部分，这里用this指代前面整句话会不会有this指代XXX noted这件事的嫌疑
