B相当于把原文的结论重新拿来当assumption，明显是疑惑人的。。

B说被要求参与健身的员工的医疗费会比没有要求参与的员工的医疗费少...这个是无法从题目中得到的,因为题目里只说这个健身项目有助于减轻医疗费,但没有任何隐含的意思说一定能将肥胖者的医疗费下降到比身材匀称者的医疗费还少...
