答案为B
疑问1：represent not结构，应该是do not represent 才对啊，
疑问2：one that 是否有重复之嫌？

difficult to trace to their originators.

答案为d，
疑问1：虽然从固定结构上看是D对，可是D中改变了修饰语的位置，是可以接受到吗？Black原修饰invention，现在变成修饰originators。
疑问2：该句是何意思？呵呵，读不懂啊。

关于这句的意思，我本来猜想是：缺乏历史纪录使得追溯这些发明的发明者变的困难。

关于Black一词，看来修饰invention的可能性几乎没有，各种字典上Black大写时都是指人的。
