标题: 请教几个句子的结构

     as 在这里是表示“当……”的意思吗？还是“即使”？

     主句里怎么有两个will——will try和will be allowed?他们充当什么成分的？

     为啥measured前要加be,而published前不加？选项“that seawater at popular beaches should be measured for their levels of bacteria, with the results being”为啥不对?

     为什么要用increasing而不用increased,构成fueled,increased,improved三个动词的并列？选项D、E为什么不对？

(1) even as 不是即使的意思. as单独更没有即使的意思。

(2) grains 与 farmers will be allowed to grow 中间省略了that.

(3) 虚拟语气。后面的be可省略。选项中should be 错，应该除去should。

(4) 这题考平行。resurgence 是一个带有动态含义的词，所以后面两部分也要体现出这点。这题麻烦贴全，更容易解释。

第四题我有印象做过，但是你没有标明出处我不太好找。所以你可以把这题贴全吗？
