请注意 of the people who....,the percentage who retired to Florida...decreased...D选项正是说基数变大了，所以即便占比变小也不一定导致总结果变小。

比例小，但是产业的基础没有变小，虽然到F的人减少，但是整个国家范围看是增加的，所以不一定会影响F的产业！
