B说的是 99% of five hundred million different species ... appeared on Earth. 逻辑错误

另外A选项就是题干，和题干是谬区别滴。。。-_-!

B中过去式和现在时混用了。B和E想要表达的意思一样，甚至觉得E有点啰嗦。但是时态是最重要的。

b的时态，注意that从句的时态和主句的时态。e在时态方面的表现显然优与b
