B）很多去MC吃饭的人没位子，就在其他餐馆吃饭了。

A）MC周末提供的菜品更多,这只能说明在MC吃饭的人多，而题目说的是在WI吃饭的人反而多了。

C)MC每道菜的利润要更高，无关。
