请问on condition that是要用虚拟语气吗？

同时，如果是虚拟的话
我认为on condition that应该是条件虚拟，那么从句中时态都是不对的

只有命令虚拟（不知道这个翻译对不对），使用动词原形吧

而且虚拟语态的主句不应该是spoke，应该是would speak吧？

看着A,B，C都有问题
