pay和pay作比较！！

B不对，PAY和ratio作比较~

比较对象要对等~

我不同意楼上的看法~我说点自己的认识吧
that, on average, CEO's now earn 419 times the pay of blue-collar workers, as compared to 42 times their pay, the ratio
the pay of sb., 和their pay做比较
有种比较用法是...,as compared to....///// XXX times the YYY...
前者表示相比于，后者表示是YYY的XXX倍。。。这里RATIO做的是同位语~表示这个42TIMES吧~~~
整句话是EARN是动词

B compare不对，a ratio 不能自己主动发出动作自己比较，一定是被比较

而且compare to主动的时候还有表达“比喻”的意思

有点不明白，为什么C里面的RATIO 做同位语就落脚在 *** times, 而在其他选项都落脚在pay???
