答案是B, 但是我觉得后面后面并列的是the reason, the use and the meaning, 所以不知道为什么不可以用复数？

主语是what is much more difficult to determine，为单数

the reason, the use and the meaning是表语

英语中要求主谓一致，没有要求谓、表一致

找部语法书看看就清楚了

When and where are they going to meet REMAIN(REMAINS) a question.

Shall I use Remain or Remains?
