A: 按照not so as的考法，觉得没问题但很多考友说not so much...as才对，本题对此结构用的not...so much as有问题

E: 按照not...but的考法，没correctiveness问题，但原文有情态动词may be没有保持变成了口语化副词maybe

到底哪个对呢？

我认为是A选项。E应该不对吧，不仅是maybe的用法错了，而且逗号后面算个什么成分呢？好像成了个句子碎片。A选项so much as前后也对称，应该是对的吧。请教正确答案～

个人认为应该是A。

考察的知识点：比较结构.

1、an illness or a physical condition VS a symptom

2、原句may是情态动词，E改为Maybe后，原句意思改变

3、貌似没有not so much ...but的用法吧？

请NN们指正。

除了楼上说的
not so much as 用法个人感觉比较灵活用在a中也没引起什么歧义

E 中的 symptomatic 和前面an illness or a condition 不平行
