In no other historical sighting did Halley’s comet cause such a worldwide sensation as did its return in 1910-1911.

此题老是看到，每次都做错。就是还没有真正把问题搞清楚。

答案是A吗？

请高手帮忙指点1下，为什么是选A。谢谢。

as前后要平行的部分是In historical sighting,所以选项必须有相同结构的.

只有C答案符合要求.

我也是选的C呀。可是答案是A。应该怎么解释呢？

1.GWD的答案错了.PREP的答案是C (请参照新PREP 1-245).

2.主语是哈雷彗星,不是哈雷彗星的回归,A答案不平行.

這樣就比較容易看出比較的對象

我也选Ｃ　　in its return of 1910-1911　与　In no other historical sighting　构成平等结构．选Ａ变成了ＣＯＭＥＴ　与　ＣＯＭＥＴ＇ＲＥＴＵＲＮ比较，逻辑意思不合理．
